Why You Should Proofread Emails

Sometimes I'll reread an email before I send it out, especially if it's something going out to a lot of people. I think someone at Verizon is wishing they had proofread:

"you'll be able to" is followed by a big blank space. I assume some copy was left out there.

Maybe it's one of those magic messages that you need a special highlighting pen in order to reveal... oh those Verizon people! So much fun.

Not a mistake - they're simply admitting that with this new plan you'll be able to do nothing more then you can now. You'll just pay more.
